Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and describe the general basis on which SkyQon provides consulting services. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.
Use of this website
This website is provided for general information about SkyQon and its services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to it or any connected systems.
Consulting services
Consulting work — including PKI design, automation, zero-trust and operations engagements — is scoped, priced and delivered under a written statement of work or engagement agreement. Information on this site is not an offer, quote or commitment.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Unless your engagement agreement states otherwise, deliverables produced for you — documentation, integration code, runbooks and configuration — are yours to use within your organization. SkyQon retains rights to its pre-existing methods, tools and generic know-how.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only to perform the engagement. Details of your infrastructure are treated as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and your engagement agreement.
Warranties and disclaimer
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an engagement agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyQon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the limitations set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data-protection law, including the GDPR.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which SkyQon is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Engagement-specific governing law, where agreed, is set out in your engagement agreement.
